Welcome to First Baptist Church of Leadville!
Whether you’re visiting, recently settled in Leadville, or looking for a church home, we welcome you to worship with us on Sundays at 10am. Anybody who is interested in learning more about God, Spirituality, and the Bible is welcome.
My wife, Jessie, and I transplanted to Leadville in 2016. We love it here and have begun to put down our roots. Our hope is to see the body of believers here at First Baptist Church of Leadville to be conformed to the image of Christ and grow in their discipleship and relationship with God. If we are growing, the result should be a loving, passionate, and welcoming community. We hope that you find it to be that way!
I’m bivocational, serving since March 2019. Since then, things have changed a lot for us! We now have two small children aged 6 and 4. The leadership structure has grown to include a vibrant team of elders, interns, and volunteers. I'm sure there is someone on the team who would love to help if there is anything you need.
